Dr Ricardo Macedo
LMD, MSc University of Bristol - Dental Implantology
Ricardo is passionate about providing his patients with the highest quality of care, and his main interests are dental implants and minor oral surgery.
He qualified from the Faculty of Medicine at Coimbra University, Portugal, in 2013, having worked in a local private practice up until 2014. By that time, he decided to embrace a new challenge and move to the UK. Ricardo worked as a General Dental Practitioner and Implant Surgeon in Bristol until September 2017 and in Cambridgeshire thereafter.
He has a gentle and kind manner, which works very well for very anxious patients, and will endeavour to achieve the top level of care. Ricardo has a keen interest in dental education, which has led him to be involved in a variety of courses in the past years. He finds that this continued education allows him to provide the highest standards of care as he stays attuned to the latest developments, techniques, technology, and materials available in the market.
As well as dentistry, Ricardo loves to spend time with friends and family. He is a very active person and enjoys playing tennis. His adventurous spirit led him to practice more radical sports, such as skydiving and kite surfing, which he is very passionate about!
